ThrillTech Obtains Hellenic Gaming Commission Approval for ThrillPots

ThrillTech has secured a Greek iGaming licence, allowing it to offer its ThrillPots side-bet jackpot product to regulated operators in the country. The company is now licensed or certified across multiple European and American jurisdictions.

ThrillTech has been granted a Category A1 Manufacturer's Licence by the Hellenic Gaming Commission, opening the door to Greece's regulated iGaming market. The approval covers the company's ThrillPots side-bet jackpot product, which Greek operators can now integrate into their offerings.\n\nGiles Potter, Chief Marketing Officer at ThrillTech, said the approval marks a step forward in the company's international growth: "ThrillTech is the first specialist iGaming jackpot provider to be licensed in Greece." He added that the company is eager to enter the market and demonstrate how its side-bet jackpot model creates new engagement mechanics while delivering additional revenue for operator partners.\n\nThe supplier secures its own regulatory licences and certifications because its jackpot technology operates independently of operators' casino games and betting products. Side-bet jackpots do not affect core game mathematics or alter a game's return-to-player probabilities. Instead, ThrillTech's proprietary random number generator software determines the outcomes of these side bets, with each jackpot featuring its own operator-defined RTP and funded by side bets from players who opt in.\n\nGreece now joins the list of European markets where ThrillTech is licensed or certified, including the United Kingdom, Sweden, the Netherlands, Romania, Malta, and Gibraltar. The provider also holds licences or certifications in Brazil, Peru, and the Canadian province of Ontario.
