DraftKings Casino Launches Lightning Link Across Six Markets, Teams with Influencer Brian Christopher

DraftKings Casino has introduced Aristocrat Gaming’s Lightning Link slot title to online players in Connecticut, Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Ontario. Alongside the multi-jurisdictional rollout, the operator has formed a partnership with influencer Brian Christopher that spans both digital content and in-person activations.

As part of the collaboration, Christopher will produce educational gameplay material for DraftKings players and maintain a visible presence on the platform through new widget integrations. He will also participate in several live events designed to give high-end DraftKings customers exclusive access and VIP experiences.

Commenting on the launch, Christopher said, “DraftKings Casino is the freshest take on online slots for real money, with the coolest set of player features built on trust.” He added that he is “honored to be part of the Lightning Link launch on the platform,” which fans have enjoyed for the past decade.

Separately, the Michigan Gaming Control Board approved DraftKings for a multi-state launch of its online poker platform on July 13, after previously determining the operator had met all regulatory requirements. DraftKings’ poker offering in Michigan currently operates through the Bay Mills Indian Community, which acts as the state’s iGaming partner.
