Aristocrat Interactive locks in Canadian lottery footprint and launches full iLottery platform in Michigan

2026-07-17

Aristocrat Interactive has finalized a content deal with Loto-Québec, giving it a presence in every Canadian regulated lottery market, and separately launched its full iLottery platform with the Michigan Lottery under a six-year exclusive contract.

Aristocrat Interactive has strengthened its standing in North American iLottery by closing two major deals: a content agreement with Loto-Québec that completes its coverage of every regulated lottery market in Canada, and the full go-live of its end-to-end iLottery platform with the Michigan Lottery. ## Canadian expansion completed Under the Loto-Québec agreement, the provincial operator will use Aristocrat Interactive's Fusion aggregation platform to distribute a selection of the supplier's content, including titles such as Buffalo and Mo Mummy. The first games went live in late June, and a further rollout in 2026 will add content from NeoGames Studio, an Aristocrat Interactive brand. Fusion is designed to support third-party content, giving Loto-Québec flexibility to rotate and add games over time. Chris Shaban, Managing Director of iLottery at Aristocrat Interactive, called the deal a "significant milestone" that brings premium content to players in "one of Canada's largest provinces." ## Michigan platform goes live On July 17, Aristocrat Interactive launched its full iLottery ecosystem with the Michigan Lottery under a six-year agreement that names the company the state program's primary technology and services partner. The platform comprises four components: NeoSphere for player accounts, NeoDraw for draw games, NeoCube for business intelligence, and NeoEngage for customer and data management, with responsible gaming safeguards embedded throughout. The company is also collaborating with lottery technology firm Gambyt to build a new website and mobile app for Michigan players, while NeoGames Studio continues to supply eInstant and draw-based games. To support the account, Aristocrat Interactive opened a Lansing office with more than 60 digital and lottery specialists. Shaban described the launch as "a significant milestone in our 12-year relationship" and said the deployment provides tools for the Michigan Lottery "to further their position as a trailblazer in iLottery." The contract runs through July 2032, with an option for six additional one-year extensions. Michigan Lottery ranks among the top five U.S. programs for iLottery gross sales per capita, and the partnership now moves forward on an exclusive basis.
