Aristocrat Interactive has launched its first full-service iLottery platform for the Massachusetts State Lottery Commission, following a five-year contract awarded in August 2025, with an optional three-year extension. The deal includes PAM, draws games, business intelligence, and responsible gaming tools, and comes alongside a similar agreement with Loto-Québec and a new COO appointment.
Aristocrat Interactive has gone live with its first full-service iLottery platform for the Massachusetts State Lottery Commission (MSLC), marking an inaugural collaboration of this scope for the supplier. The platform equips Massachusetts players with a range of online lottery products and solutions, integrating Aristocrat’s player account management (PAM) system, draws games engine, business intelligence tools, and customer and data experience offerings.
Additional components of the deal include Aristocrat’s aggregation platform, responsible gambling solutions, plus compliance, CRM, and data analytics services. The rollout follows the MSLC’s award of its first iLottery contract to Aristocrat in August 2025 after a competitive tender process. The partnership runs for an initial five years, with an option to extend by three more.
Massachusetts State Lottery Executive Director Mark William Bracken described the launch as an important step in modernising operations and creating a new iLottery offering that complements the state’s renowned retail programme. He expressed confidence that the online channel will improve the player experience and help maximise revenue returned to the Commonwealth, with online sales supporting early childhood education and care grants for Massachusetts families.
Aristocrat Interactive CEO Dylan Slaney called the go-live a milestone for both his company and the MSLC, noting that it delivers the first-ever online lottery offering for players in the state. He praised the Massachusetts Lottery as a globally recognised leader and said the combination of the new iLottery platform, world-leading game offerings, advanced marketing, and responsible gameplay solutions positions the lottery to continue fulfilling its charitable mission.
The launch caps a busy period for Aristocrat Interactive. In recent weeks the supplier finalised a similar lottery agreement with Loto-Québec and appointed Daniel O’Donoghue as its new chief operating officer at the beginning of July.
