Recent Milestones & Ownership Change

In mid‑2023 Viadex was acquired by Fulcrum IT Partners, a North American‑led group that also owns TIEVA (UK), iON United (Canada), and Advizex (US). At the time, Viadex had just reported 58% revenue growth and operated in 18 countries. The acquisition aimed to give Viadex access to broader consumption models and a larger client base. However, after less than two years under Fulcrum, Viadex’s leadership executed a management buyout in early 2025, led by CEO Dino Cooper and supported by the existing management team. The MBO was driven by a desire to return to the company’s “core DNA” of global IT supply chain and partner services.
