SoftConstruct was founded in 2003 by Vahe Badalyan and Vigen Badalyan in a small garage with only four employees. From these humble beginnings, the company grew steadily, initially focusing on software development for the iGaming sector – becoming the first Armenian company to engage in that field. Over two decades, SoftConstruct evolved from a niche developer into a comprehensive technology hub that drives innovation across industries.

BetConstruct AI, launched in 2025, provides operators with a proven increase in turnover and is used by over 500 partners. FeedConstruct is a real-time sports data and digital content provider, delivering live scores, statistics, and multimedia feeds to operators and media outlets. VBET is a consumer-facing sports betting and casino brand operated by SoftConstruct under its own licences. The company lists ten-plus market-leading independent trademarks covering various aspects of gaming, data, and technology infrastructure.
