Robert DeNault serves as Head of Enforcement and Legal Counsel at Kalshi, the first CFTC-regulated prediction market exchange. Based in New York, he leads the enforcement team, coordinating with compliance and an independent surveillance unit, and has driven more than 200 internal investigations per year.
Before joining Kalshi in early 2026, DeNault was an associate in the global white-collar practice at White & Case LLP. He holds a J.D. from Duke University School of Law, where he served as an associate editor of the Duke Journal of Constitutional Law and Public Policy, was a research assistant to Major General Charles Dunlap, and was President of Duke OutLaw.
