Richard Zayas-Bazan

Richard Zayas‑Bazan is President of Betson Imperial Parts & Service Company, a division of H. Betti Industries Inc. (operating as Betson Enterprises). The company supplies parts, gaming monitors, and equipment to the amusement and location‑based entertainment industry, including iGaming and gambling sectors.

Zayas‑Bazan began his career at Betson Enterprises in 1997 as a customer service representative. He was later promoted to a sales leadership role and then served as Vice President of the division, where he was recognized as an insightful strategic thinker with a track record of delivering consistent, profitable growth.

Under his leadership, the e‑commerce site www.betsonparts.com was successfully launched, and he secured exclusive worldwide master distributor rights for Goldfinger Monitors, expanding the brand’s U.S. presence. He was promoted to President around 2019, after 22 years with the company, and now oversees full operations of the unit.
