Michael Bidwill
President of Arizona Cardinals
Michael Bidwill is the President and part owner of the Arizona Cardinals of the National Football League (NFL). He assumed the presidency in 1996, succeeding his father, Bill Bidwill, while the family retains ownership. Under his leadership, the Cardinals have made multiple playoff appearances, including Super Bowl XLIII.
Bidwill grew up in the Cardinals organization and joined the team full-time in 1996 after a career in law. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Arizona and a Juris Doctor from the Catholic University of America School of Law. Before returning to the family business, he served as a federal prosecutor in the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Arizona and worked as an associate attorney in private practice.
As President, Bidwill oversees all football and business operations, including the team's stadium, State Farm Stadium. His tenure has been marked by efforts to modernize the franchise and enhance its competitive standing in the NFL.
