João Studart

João Studart is a self-taught entrepreneur, poker strategist, and tech innovator with a significant career in the iGaming space. He honed his analytical skills over a decade as one of Brazil's top ten Texas Hold'em players, an experience that laid the groundwork for his ventures in the betting industry.

In 2020, Studart founded Betnacional, a betting company that rapidly grew to become one of Brazil's most recognized brands. Under his leadership, Betnacional developed into a comprehensive digital entertainment ecosystem known as Grupo NSX, integrating proprietary technology, entertainment, and strategic marketing.

The success of NSX attracted the attention of Flutter Entertainment, a global iGaming giant. Following Flutter's acquisition of a majority stake in NSX in May 2025, João Studart was initially appointed as the CEO of Flutter Brazil. In this role, he was responsible for integrating local brands like Betnacional into the Flutter umbrella while maintaining the entrepreneurial DNA and cultural agility that defined NSX.

As of December 2025, Studart transitioned to the role of Chair of Flutter Brazil. In this more strategic position, he focuses on supporting the board and leaders in consolidating Flutter Brazil's strategy and enhancing the company's institutional presence within the vision of Flutter Entertainment. His leadership continues to merge Flutter's international governance model with the local market's specificities, aiming for sustainable growth and a responsible gaming environment in Brazil.
