Glenn Debattista is the Chief Operating Officer at BetStarters, a B2B iGaming platform provider, where he leads global operations, product integration, and expansion into emerging markets across Africa, Europe, and Latin America. With over 21 years of industry experience, he has built a career spanning operators, affiliates, agencies, and platform providers, and was named Malta’s iGaming Ambassador of the Year 2026.
Debattista’s earlier roles include Chief Operating Officer at the Tallinn-based digital marketing agency Revpanda, and more than two years at Web International Services Ltd (WIS) rising to Head of Product. He spent over a decade at Stanleybet Group in Malta, progressing from trader to Trading Manager of Retail and Online Business, and previously worked at mybet.com in risk management and trading positions. He began his career as a sports and music journalist for outlets such as Goal.com, Dive.com, and Manic Magazine.
In 2017, Debattista founded the Facebook group iGaming Professionals in Malta (IGPiM), which grew to over 4,000 members and became a key networking hub for industry professionals. His leadership and community-building efforts have been widely recognized within the Maltese iGaming sector.
