Dr. Christian Rapani is an Austrian attorney-at-law and founder of Rapani Rechtsanwälte GmbH, a Graz-based law firm specializing in corporate law, M&A, gaming and betting law, and eSports. He has been in private practice since 2013 and formally incorporated the firm as a limited liability company in 2025. His practice focuses on national and international business law, with particular expertise in gaming and betting law, corporate law/M&A, contract law, public commercial law, and eSports law.
After completing his court practice in 2005, Dr. Rapani served as a research assistant and later as an associate at commercial law firms in Graz, while also working as an assistant professor at the Institute for Austrian and International Corporate and Business Law at Karl-Franzens-University Graz.
