PENN Entertainment launches theScore Bet and casino apps in Alberta

PENN Entertainment has officially rolled out its digital gaming brands in Alberta, marking a significant expansion of its Canadian online footprint. The company announced the launch of theScore Bet Sportsbook & Casino, along with standalone theScore Casino and Hollywood Casino applications, now available across the province on iOS, Android and web browsers.

The Alberta debut builds on theScore Bet’s existing presence in Ontario, extending its integrated sports media and betting ecosystem to a new provincial market. Players can access live scores, news and stats alongside wagering options, all within a single platform. The sportsbook offering includes Same Game Parlays, player props and live in-game betting, while the casino component features hundreds of slots, table games and live dealer experiences such as Blue Jays Blackjack.

theScore Bet maintains exclusive partnerships with major Canadian sports entities, including the Toronto Blue Jays as their exclusive official gaming partner, as well as agreements with Golf Canada, the NHL and the PGA Tour.
