Esportes Gaming Brasil achieves historic triple nomination for Reclame Aqui Awards 2026

2026-07-16

Esportes Gaming Brasil has secured an unprecedented triple nomination for the 2026 Reclame Aqui Awards, with all three of its brands—Esportes da Sorte, Onabet, and Lottu—shortlisted across two sports-betting categories, reflecting the group's ongoing investment in customer service and technology.

For the first time, all three brands operated by Esportes Gaming Brasil (EGB) have been shortlisted for the 2026 Reclame Aqui Awards, one of Brazil’s most prestigious recognitions for corporate reputation and customer relationships. Esportes da Sorte, Onabet and Lottu each earned a place among this year’s nominees, marking an unprecedented milestone for the group.

Three brands across two categories

Esportes da Sorte was nominated in the Ultra Sports Betting Operators (Mega Operations) category, while Onabet and Lottu compete in the Sports Betting Operators (Mega Operations) category. The simultaneous appearances reflect EGB’s sustained focus on customer service, user experience and consumer trust.

The nominations follow a period of intensified investment in customer-relationship operations, including technology integration, employee training and continuous improvements to the user journey across all three brands. In prior years, EGB had secured dual nominations for Esportes da Sorte and Onabet; the addition of Lottu completes a full-house entry for the 2026 edition.

Investment in customer experience

“Receiving nominations for all three Group brands at the Reclame Aqui Awards for the first time is incredibly meaningful recognition of the work we carry out every day,” said Maria Neves, Director of Customer Experience, Customer Support and Reputation Channels at EGB. She added that the achievement reflects “our consistent strategy of putting the customer at the centre of every decision by investing in technology, operational efficiency and personalised customer service.”

As a result of these initiatives, EGB reduced its average human-support response time from 30 minutes to just two minutes, while maintaining a focus on rapid issue resolution and high-quality user engagement. The group, which holds an official license from Brazil’s Ministry of Finance, also sponsors several football clubs—including Corinthians, Ceará and Náutico—and supports cultural events such as the Parintins Festival and Carnival festivities in multiple cities.

Voting timeline

Public voting for the 2026 Reclame Aqui Awards will run from 2 September to 5 November. The awards are determined solely by consumer votes, making the triple nomination a significant endorsement of EGB’s strategy.
