Boomerang Partners launches the Overtime stage of the Golden Boomerang Awards 2026, running July 20 to August 31, with a uniform 3-point FTD scoring system and performance multipliers, offering teams a final chance to win a private dinner with a football legend.
Boomerang Partners has opened the last phase of its Golden Boomerang Awards 2026, dubbed “Overtime,” which runs from July 20 to August 31. The tournament’s third and final stage introduces a modified points system and a set of active performance boosts, giving affiliate teams one last chance to climb the leaderboard and win the top prize: an exclusive private dinner with a football legend in September 2026.
Under the updated scoring rules, every first-time deposit (FTD) generated on any partner brand in the Agency’s client portfolio will now earn 3 points. This change levels the playing field compared to the previous stage, where sports FTDs were worth 3 points but casino FTDs carried only 1 point. The new identical valuation aims to heighten competition during the final stretch.
To further fuel the race, several performance boosters remain active throughout Overtime. The Welcome Boost offers x2 points for the first 14 days after a team enters the stage. The Lucky Five mechanic awards +5 points for reaching 10 casino FTDs in a single week. And the Last Minutes Winner multiplier applies x3 points during the final seven days of Overtime, creating a dramatic finish.
Martin Černý, CEO at Boomerang Partners, commented: “Overtime brings the Golden Boomerang Awards 2026 to its most competitive stage.” He added that with every result now capable of reshaping the leaderboard, teams still have a real opportunity to improve their standings. Černý expects the closing weeks to deliver intense competition and determine the final rankings.
With fewer than 40 days left in the GBA 2026, the tournament enters a highly volatile period. Even minor performance shifts can dramatically alter the final standings. Strategy, timing, and consistent activity will be decisive as participants make their last push for the season’s ultimate title.
