bet-at-home has integrated Fast Track's platform to manage player engagement across its sportsbook and casino, deploying AI-driven CRM workflows and a unified customer model across regulated European markets.
European online gambling operator bet-at-home has gone live with the Fast Track platform, using its tools to manage player engagement across both its sportsbook and casino verticals.
The company, founded in 1999 and listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange's Prime Standard, counts Germany as a core market. The integration represents the latest phase in its player engagement strategy, aimed at deepening the experience for users across regulated jurisdictions.
Fast Track provides bet-at-home's team with a single real-time customer model spanning CRM, rewards, and the Greco gamification module. This unified approach allows the operator to scale engagement, loyalty, and bonus strategies, while Fast Track AI enables fully agentic CRM workflows. Staff can interact with the system in natural language and delegate end-to-end CRM tasks to AI agents.
Bet-at-home's Head of Operations Andreas Hackl noted the need for a platform suited to regulated European markets: "Fast Track gives us exactly that, and we are excited about what this partnership will let us build for our players," he said. Hackl emphasised the importance of a data foundation and agility for consistent cross-brand engagement, which the platform now delivers.
A representative from Fast Track commended bet-at-home's longstanding brand recognition, highlighting that the operator operates in precisely the type of competitive, regulated markets for which Fast Track was designed.
