NetWin.it Deploys Fast Track Suite to Unify Player Engagement and AI-Driven CRM in Italy

2026-07-13

Italian operator NetWin.it has partnered with Fast Track to deploy a unified CRM, rewards, and risk management suite powered by AI-driven agentic workflows, aiming to streamline player engagement and gamification across its ADM-licensed online casino and sportsbook.

Italian regulated operator NetWin.it has integrated a suite of player engagement solutions from technology provider Fast Track, covering CRM, rewards, and risk management across its online casino and sportsbook operations. The deployment marks a single-platform implementation of Fast Track’s CRM, Rewards, and Greco products, with Greco having been absorbed into the supplier’s core offering at the beginning of the year.

Unified Platform and AI Capabilities

NetWin.it, part of the RB Holding group that brings over 70 years of industry experience, will use Fast Track’s real-time customer model to manage gamification, loyalty programmes, and gameplay-driven bonus strategies from one interface. The agreement also includes Fast Track AI, which features natural-language interaction and agentic workflow capabilities, enabling the operator to delegate end-to-end CRM processes and player engagement tasks to AI-powered agents.

The operator holds an ADM-licensed online casino and sportsbook that offers slots, live casino, sports betting, and traditional Italian card games. The unified toolset is designed to let NetWin.it coordinate engagement initiatives without switching between separate systems.

Executive Perspectives

“Choosing Fast Track gives our team one platform to run engagement, gamification and bonus strategies together, built for the Italian market and the way we want to grow,” said Stefano Giancotti, Head of Product at NetWin. “We are excited about what this lets us build for our players.”

Fast Track CEO Simon Lidzén commented: “There is real talent behind NetWin, with decades of gaming experience within the group and clear ambitions for its Italian players. With CRM, Rewards and Greco now running together, we're looking forward to helping them move into agentic workflows across the full Fast Track suite, and building something built to last in this market.”

Market Impact

The deal further solidifies Fast Track’s presence in Italy’s regulated iGaming market. By combining CRM, rewards, and risk management in a single deployment, both companies aim to streamline player engagement while leveraging AI to automate complex workflows—a capability Fast Track expanded earlier this year through its agentic workflow technology.
