The NASPL Professional Development Seminar is a unique, hands-on event designed to bring together lottery industry employees at all levels. It features small-group sessions, networking opportunities, and educational content focused on innovation, responsible gambling, operational efficiency, and player engagement. The 2026 edition carries the theme 'PossibleNW,' encouraging attendees to imagine what's next for the industry.
Attendees include lottery industry employees from newcomers to veterans, representatives from state and provincial lottery organizations, vendors, and other stakeholders. The event is organized by the North American Association of State and Provincial Lotteries (NASPL) and hosted by Washington's Lottery.
