Company History

Aimtron was founded in 2009 by Mukesh Jeram Vasani in Palatine, Illinois, during the post-financial crisis economy. In 2011, Aimtron Electronics Limited was established in Vadodara, Gujarat, India, as the global manufacturing arm. The group expanded with Aimtron Technologies in 2021, focusing on product engineering and IoT. In August 2025, Aimtron Electronics raised ₹94.57 crore through convertible warrants for greenfield expansion under subsidiary Aimtron Mechatronics, adding six SMT lines and an ODM R&D zone. Also in 2025, Aimtron acquired US-based ICS Company (formerly Aimtron International Controls), strengthening rugged electronics capabilities and expected to contribute approximately $17 million in annual revenue.
