Founded in 2015 as the Global Lottery Monitoring System (GLMS) and rebranded in 2020, ULIS is headquartered in Lausanne, Switzerland. It operates the One-Stop Integrity Platform (OSIP), an AI-enhanced system that monitors over 30 sports and approximately 900,000 events annually, generating real-time alerts and actionable integrity reports. Recent platform upgrades resulted in a 49% increase in alerts and a 30% rise in actionable reports. ULIS also provides preventive services including education, training, and multi-stakeholder collaboration, serving as a central hub connecting licensed state lotteries, regulators, law enforcement, and sports organisations. The association is a key partner of the World Lottery Association and European Lotteries, and its work aligns with the Council of Europe’s Macolin Convention on the manipulation of sports competitions.
