Zoltán Guller is a senior Hungarian state executive who serves as Chairman and CEO of Szerencsejáték Zrt., the country's state‑owned sports betting and lottery monopoly, a position he assumed in March 2025. He concurrently remains Chairman of the Board of the Hungarian Tourism Agency (MTÜ), a role he has held since his earlier tenure as CEO of the agency.

Guller was appointed CEO of the Hungarian Tourism Agency in 2016 and later became its Chairman of the Board. During his leadership, Hungary's tourism sector achieved record guest‑night numbers and expanded international air connectivity, including negotiations for direct flights to the United States. His work at MTÜ has been credited with modernising the country's tourism promotion and strategic development.

His appointment at Szerencsejáték Zrt. was announced by Hungary's Minister of National Economy, Márton Nagy, with a mandate to modernise the gambling operator's products and services, enhance customer experience, and ensure cost‑effective, socially responsible operations. He succeeded Andrea Mager, who left to join the Monetary Council of the Hungarian National Bank. Guller's career prior to 2016 is not widely documented in English‑language sources, and this role marks his first in the gambling industry.
