Zoe Siwa
Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board
Zoé Siwa is a seasoned finance executive who has served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board (WCGRB) since February 2017. In this role, she oversees financial governance, cash flow management, and operational efficiency for the provincial gambling regulator.
A Chartered Accountant (South Africa), Siwa began her career at PwC, holding progressively senior positions across multiple continents. She worked as an Assistant Manager in Worcester (2012–2013), a Senior Associate in New York and San Francisco (2012–2014), and a Manager at PwC South Africa (2013–2017), with a brief stint as Senior Associate in Amsterdam (2015). Her international experience has given her broad expertise in public finance, regulatory compliance, and municipal finance management.
Siwa holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Stellenbosch University (2004–2007). Beyond her CFO duties, she is an Ambassador for Women in Gaming, advocating for gender diversity and mentoring young women in the sector. Her contributions have been recognized through features such as iGaming AFRIKA's Top 50 Most Influential Women in Gaming Africa list.
