Yaroslav Babych

Yaroslav Babych is an iGaming executive and commercial leader, most recently serving as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of ZM Team, a media-boosting company in the iGaming sector. He announced his departure from ZM Team in early 2025 and is currently exploring new opportunities.

Babych has a strong background in traffic monetisation, user acquisition, and growth strategy. He is known for leading high-performing media teams with data-driven, scalable frameworks focused on building sustainable traffic channels and long-term partner success. His expertise includes generating and scaling user trends, social traffic performance, and affiliate partnership strategies.

Babych joined ZM Team around mid-2022 and served as CCO for approximately two and a half years. During his tenure, he was a frequent speaker at industry conferences such as Ace Alliance Riga and TRUE WAYS Online Conference, and contributed media columns on iGaming topics.
