Vincenzo Lipardi

Vincenzo Lipardi is President and co‑founder of SPICI s.r.l. and General Director of Fabbrica Italiana dell’Innovazione. He is a specialist in policies for research and innovation, with extensive experience in promoting scientific culture at the international level.
In 1987, together with physicist Vittorio Silvestrini, he created “Futuro Remoto”, Italy’s most prestigious annual scientific event. In 1990 he co‑founded Fondazione IDIS‑Città della Scienza and served as its General Director until 2005. He was appointed President of ECSITE (European network of science centres and museums) from June 2007 to June 2009, after serving as Vice‑president and Treasurer.
He has led many European projects on science‑society issues and has worked with UNESCO on science‑centre initiatives in Iraq and Africa. He is a frequent speaker at SiGMA and AIBC summits, addressing the intersection of innovation, technology, and iGaming.
