Veronika Duka is a Swiss entrepreneur and business executive who co-founded the Dukascopy Group in 2004 together with Andrey Duka. The group operates a Swiss-regulated online bank and forex brokerage based in Geneva. She has been instrumental in the company's growth and regulatory compliance.
In August 2014, she was appointed CEO of Dukascopy Bank SA, the group's main Swiss entity. As of 2025, she serves as Co-CEO of the Dukascopy Group, jointly leading the company's strategy, governance, and expansion in the online trading and banking sectors.
