Valentina Synenka is an endurance athlete and tech executive active in the iGaming industry. She leads BetSymphony, an iGaming platform that offers operators source‑code delivery and an AI‑powered concierge, emphasizing ownership over revenue‑share models. In addition to her CEO role, she is a Board Member at Symphony Solutions, the software‑development and technology firm behind BetSymphony.
Earlier, she served as Chief Marketing Officer at Symphony Solutions, where she oversaw brand identity projects such as the SHE. community. She is also the founder of SHE. community, a women‑in‑tech initiative, and a co‑founder of Ai Agent BetHarmony & Harmony. Outside of work, she is a three‑time Ironman 70.3 World Championship qualifier and has competed in multiple long‑distance triathlons, including Ironman Taiwan (2024) where she qualified for the Kona World Championship.
