Uri Poliavich

Uri Poliavich is the Founder and CEO of Soft2Bet, a gaming turnkey solutions provider that has grown into a regulated iGaming operator with over 16 active licenses. Born in 1981 in Soviet Ukraine, he earned an LLB from Bar-Ilan University's law faculty in 2009. He began his career as a legal intern specializing in civil and commercial law before transitioning into business development, taking a role as a Business Development Manager for Central Asia.

In approximately 2016, Poliavich founded Soft2Bet. Under his leadership, the company developed an in-house gamification platform that personalizes user engagement through missions, rewards, and challenges. Soft2Bet now operates a portfolio of casino and sportsbook brands. In 2024, Poliavich launched Soft2Bet Invest, a $52 million venture fund to fuel innovation in gaming and casual entertainment.

Poliavich has been recognized with industry honors including "Leader of the Year" at the SBC Awards and "Executive of the Year" at the Global Gaming Awards EMEA. He has been ranked 6th on the "Top 100 Most Influential People in iGaming" list. Alongside his business ventures, he and his wife Yael co-founded the Yael Foundation in 2020, a philanthropic organization that invests in transformative Jewish education, supporting over 13,500 children in 37 countries as of 2025.
