Timothy Fok Tsun Ting is a Hong Kong businessman and sports administrator who serves as Co-Chairman of SJM Holdings Limited, the Macau casino operator founded by Stanley Ho. He is the eldest son of the late industrialist Henry Fok Ying Tung and has been a key figure in the gaming industry since assuming the co-chairmanship in 2018.

Born in Hong Kong on 14 February 1946, Fok graduated from the University of Southern California and began his career in 1968 managing a port project in Brunei for his father's group. He later held directorships across the Fok Ying Tung Group’s real estate, shipping, and finance companies, and eventually entered the boardroom of SJM Holdings as an executive director before being promoted to Co-Chairman alongside Angela Leong On Kei after Stanley Ho's retirement.

Beyond gaming, Fok is a prominent figure in Asian sports. He serves as President of the Sports Federation & Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China, First Vice-President of the Olympic Council of Asia, and is an Honorary Member of the International Olympic Committee. He also chairs the Fok Ying Tung Group and the Fok Ying Tung Foundation.
