Thomas Metzger is the Chief Executive Officer of Lotto.com Inc., the first digital platform for ordering official state lottery draw and scratch games on mobile and web. He opened the company’s Jersey City headquarters during the pandemic in June 2020 and has grown the team from four employees to over 200 nationwide, with Lotto.com now available in 11 states and serving over 4 million customers.
Previously, Metzger served as Vice President of Lottery Development at Scientific Games, where he was the youngest VP in the company’s history, reporting to the Chairman & CEO on strategy, government relations, new revenue, and international projects, and overseeing a team of 44 independent state lobbyists. Prior to that, he was Head of Corporate Development at Camelot Global Services and Director of Corporate Development at Scientific Games, where he led mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. He began his career as an investment banking analyst at Bear, Stearns & Co.
Metzger holds a B.S. in Finance & International Business from the Stern School of Business at New York University and is a member of Mensa, YPO, and TED.
