Silvina Moschini

Silvina Moschini is an award-winning technology entrepreneur recognized as the first Latin American woman to lead a company to unicorn status (TransparentBusiness) in 2020. She began her career in corporate communications at Compaq before moving into senior roles at VISA. In 2012 she developed TransparentBusiness, a cloud-based remote-team management platform that achieved a $1 billion valuation through a global private offering.

She later founded SheWorks! in 2014, a marketplace connecting professional women with flexible-work opportunities. More recently she created Unicoin, a digital asset ecosystem, and hosts Unicorn Hunters, a show that invests in and profiles high-growth companies. Moschini is a frequent keynote speaker at technology, blockchain and iGaming conferences (e.g., SBC Summit Rio, SiGMA Europe) and serves as an Endeavor Entrepreneur.
