Sanali Kaushalya is a seasoned People & Culture professional with over ten years of experience in the IT industry. She currently serves as Country Director & Ambassador for Women in Tech Sri Lanka, where she champions inclusive tech ecosystems, ethical innovation, and women’s leadership in fintech and iGaming.
Beyond her ambassador role, she is the founder of DoraX Connect, a solo travel platform, and an active public speaker focusing on AI-driven workforce development, digital skills, and DEI strategy. Her expertise spans talent leadership, people-centric growth, and workforce advocacy, making her a prominent voice at industry events such as SiGMA South Asia 2025, where she addressed inclusive tech for responsible growth.
Sanali’s professional identity is rooted in her commitment to empowering women in technology and bridging the gap between emerging technologies and sustainable workforce development. She holds the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM®) designation and continues to drive impactful conversations around ethical innovation and gender equality in the tech ecosystem.
