Rosi Bremec

Rosi Bremec is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Game Lounge, an iGaming affiliate operator with a global presence. Her career began as a document control manager in civil engineering and later included leading business intelligence for a bookkeeping automation platform, as well as a role in meeting room solutions before the pandemic. After being made redundant during COVID-19, she took time off to re-evaluate her path, ultimately developing a data strategy framework and delivering workshops and seminars on how individual roles contribute to broader KPIs.

One of those seminars caught the attention of an employee at Game Lounge, who invited her to join the company as a consultant for a one-year engagement. During that consultancy, she met with every department, analyzed processes, identified pain points, and guided the organization in applying data to decision-making. Her contributions were recognized by the CEO, who invited her back in 2024 to serve as Chief Operating Officer.

As COO, Bremec oversees operations for a nearly 200-strong team operating in more than 30 countries. She spearheaded a shift from a one-size-fits-all model to market-specific teams, driving a 30% growth in net profit. She is a regular speaker at iGaming industry events, including iGBA Barcelona 2025 and ICE Barcelona, where she speaks on inclusive leadership, data-driven strategy, and company culture. She also writes on Medium about leadership and career transitions and maintains an active presence advocating for merit-based inclusivity in the workplace.
