The Conexus Group

Rob Dowling is the Chief Executive Officer of The Conexus Group, a portfolio of B2B services businesses serving the iGaming and fintech sectors. He is responsible for the strategic commercial direction and global operational structure of the group, which encompasses several specialised firms that provide recruitment, training, and consulting to the online gaming industry.

Dowling co-founded Pentasia in 2001, recognising that the iGaming industry was underserved in talent acquisition. In 2007 he founded iGaming Academy (now IGA Training) to provide training solutions, and in 2013 he co-founded Partis, a global leader in consulting and M&A advisory for online gaming and gambling. These ventures now operate under The Conexus Group umbrella.

Prior to forming The Conexus Group, Dowling held senior recruitment roles including Head of Technical – New Media at Mortimer Alexander Knight & Charles and a Director position at LBHR International. Earlier in his career he worked for foreign-exchange brokers Harlow Butler Ueda (ICAP) and later joined IT recruiters Computer People.
