Rita Cunha de Lemos

Rita Cunha de Lemos is the Chief Growth Officer of Grupo Esportes Gaming Brasil, the operator behind Esportes da Sorte and Onabet. Appointed in 2024, she leads the group's responsible growth strategy, government relations, and operational expansion across Brazil and Latin America. Her transition into iGaming builds on a strong background in scaling digital businesses and building high-performance teams.

Before joining the iGaming sector, Rita served as Growth Director at Afya, a leading medical education company in Brazil, where she drove student acquisition and digital transformation. Prior to Afya, she held senior growth and strategy roles at Mosaico, the parent company of Buscapé and Zoom, helping to optimize e-commerce platforms and expand market reach. Her experience spans multiple high-growth industries, from edtech to e-commerce, giving her a versatile perspective on customer acquisition and operational efficiency.

Rita is a graduate of Harvard Business School's General Management Program (GMP33), where she deepened her leadership and strategic management skills. She remains active in the growth and tech communities, often speaking about responsible innovation and market expansion in regulated industries.
