Ricardo Amper

Ricardo Amper is a serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience founding and leading technology ventures. He is best known as the founder and CEO of Incode Technologies, an AI‑driven identity verification platform that serves iGaming operators, major banks, and telecoms with KYC, KYB, KYT, and AML solutions. Under his leadership, Incode has raised $255 million in funding and processes over 4.1 billion identity checks annually, streamlining digital onboarding and fraud prevention.

Amper founded Incode Technologies in 2015, building it into a leader in biometric identity solutions. The platform is used by major banks, telecoms, and iGaming operators to simplify and fast‑track digital onboarding and fraud prevention. He holds a BA in Business Administration from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM), an Executive Diploma from IPADE Business School, and a Diploma in International Business from NEOMA Business School.

Before Incode, Amper founded and led La Burbuja Networks (2003–2010) and Amco Foods (2010–2015), demonstrating his broad entrepreneurial drive. He is based in San Francisco and frequently speaks on digital identity, AI, and privacy‑first architecture.
