Renz Gonzales

Renz Gonzales is a digital advertising and iGaming growth leader with over ten years of experience in performance marketing, business development, media buying, and affiliate management. He is currently the Founder of RG Standard Consulting, a consultancy providing iGaming growth services including scaling, media buying, CRM, and affiliate management.

For eight years, he was at PropellerAds, rising to become Head of Business Development, a role he held from at least 2019 through early 2025. During his tenure, he led the Business Development Department to record-breaking results and represented the company as a speaker at major industry conferences such as Affiliate World Asia 2024, Dubai 2023, and Europe 2019.

In early 2025, Gonzales left PropellerAds to launch RG Standard Consulting. He now helps iGaming operators, media buyers, and affiliates scale their online strategies through data tracking, CRM systems, and smart media buying. He remains active as a speaker and industry ambassador, with upcoming appearances such as Ace Alliance Riga 2026.
