Pierre Tournier is the Senior Director at the European Gaming and Betting Association (EGBA), the Brussels-based trade body representing Europe's leading online gambling operators. He has built his career at the intersection of EU regulation and the online gambling industry.

He began with a five-year stint as a consultant at Instinctif Partners in Brussels, where he headed the firm's online gambling practice and advised clients including the Remote Gambling Association (RGA) on EU institutional matters. In August 2015, he joined the RGA as Director of Government Relations, responsible for monitoring and influencing regulatory developments across EU member states.

Following the creation of the Betting and Gaming Council (BGC) in late 2019, he became the BGC's International Director, leading the council's lobbying efforts on global regulatory and best-practice issues. As of mid-2025, he holds the position of Senior Director at EGBA.

He holds an LLM in European Law from University College Dublin and an MA in Comparative Law from the University of Toulouse.
