Paul Giglio

Paul Giglio is a Tax and Assurance Partner at Forvis Mazars in Malta. He manages a diverse portfolio of clients spanning the iGaming, insurance, asset management, and manufacturing sectors. His work includes statutory audits of large groups, reorganizations, investment appraisals, international tax planning, tax compliance, corporate tax structures, and group restructurings.

Giglio has also contributed to the accounting profession as a lecturer in Accounting and an examiner in Advanced Financial Accounting at the Malta Institute of Accountants (MIA). He serves on several MIA sub‑committees, sits on the MIA Council, and has been a keynote speaker at MIA seminars.

He holds a degree in Accountancy from the University of Malta, is a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and earned a Master’s in Finance as well as a Diploma in Trust Services. He is a member of the Malta Institute of Accountants (MIA) and the Malta Institute of Taxation (MIT).

Giglio co-founded Attard Giglio & Co. in 1998, which later became part of Mazars and subsequently Forvis Mazars, marking over 25 years of continuous leadership in the Maltese market.
