Patrick Buffard is a senior executive in the French lottery and sports betting industry, currently serving as Chief French Lottery and Retail Sports Betting Officer at FDJ UNITED (formerly FDJ). He is a member of the Group’s Executive Committee and also serves as President of the French Polynesia branch (Pacifique des Jeux), a subsidiary of FDJ UNITED.
Buffard has spent the bulk of his career at FDJ UNITED, where he previously held the roles of French Lottery General Manager and Deputy CEO (Directeur Général Adjoint). Prior to joining the gaming industry, he began his career at the Danone group in 1989, holding various positions in marketing, strategy, and sales within the dairy division. He is a graduate of Essec Business School Paris.
