Pankaj Dhanuka

Pankaj Dhanuka is a serial entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in finance, operations, and entrepreneurship. He is the Co-Founder and CEO of Fusion CX, a global customer experience and business process outsourcing powerhouse with 20,000+ employees across 15+ countries. Under his leadership, Fusion CX has grown through strategic acquisitions, including advising iMerit Technology on its acquisition by EXL for USD 310 million, and has expanded into AI-driven CX solutions.

In addition to Fusion CX, Dhanuka also leads GSTP (Global Seamless Tubes and Pipes Pvt. Ltd.), driving innovation in engineering and manufacturing. His career began in finance and account management, holding a degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Dhanuka has been recognized by Forbes India with a cover story on business transformation, and he is known as "PD" within his peer group.

Currently based in Suwanee, Georgia, Dhanuka remains actively engaged in the CX industry, speaking at global summits and leading Fusion CX's expansion into new markets. His vision centers on combining operational excellence with cutting-edge technology to deliver superior customer experiences.
