Pam Buckley
Executive Vice President of Global Gaming Women
Pamela Buckley is the Executive Vice President of Global Gaming Women (GGW), a nonprofit dedicated to supporting, inspiring, and advancing women in the gaming industry. In this role, she oversees the organization’s strategic vision, operations, programming, events, fundraising, and financial management on a global scale.
With more than 20 years of experience in the gaming industry, Buckley previously served as Director of VIP Operations and Casino Services at Caesars Entertainment, where she led the VIP operations integration during the 2020 merger of Caesars Entertainment and Eldorado Resorts. Before that, she was Executive Director of Loyalty and Casino Services at Fontainebleau Las Vegas, building and executing both divisions before and after the property’s opening.
Buckley is a dedicated community advocate, supporting organizations that serve underprivileged and underserved populations in Southern Nevada. In 2025, she was named one of Nevada’s Top Women Leaders by Women We Admire.
