Osmin Callis
Founder and CEO of mode8
Osmin Callis is a technology and innovation leader whose career has spanned software development, business development, and entrepreneurship. She began her professional journey as a software developer after being hired by a team seeking creative thinkers from non-traditional backgrounds, despite not having a computer science degree.
She later moved into business development, serving as Business Development Manager at nChain, a blockchain research firm. In that role, she focused on commercializing the company’s intellectual property and driving adoption of Bitcoin SV across financial services and online gaming.
Callis then founded her own venture studio before establishing mode8, an iGaming company where she now serves as Founder and CEO. She is also a Board Member of the Connected Places Catapult Freight Innovation Cluster and a UN Women UK Delegate for CSW70.
