Nigel Hinchliffe is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal's Transaction Advisory Group based in Manchester, UK. He brings more than 20 years of M&A experience, specialising in buy- and sell-side financial due diligence (FDD) for clients in the betting and gaming sector. He co-leads A&M's multi-disciplinary betting and gaming team across EMEA.
Prior to joining A&M, Hinchliffe led KPMG's Manchester transaction advisory team and was a co-leader of the Big Four firm's UK betting and gaming practice. Earlier in his career, he spent four years as part of the corporate development function of a FTSE100 gaming business, giving him deep industry-level insight throughout the deal cycle.
Hinchliffe has recently been involved in notable iGaming transactions, such as advising The Visualize Group LP on its acquisition of eCOGRA, a leading iGaming testing, inspection, certification and compliance provider.
