Nick Farley is the owner of Eclipse Compliance Testing, an independent regulatory compliance testing laboratory serving the gaming, lottery, and amusement industries. With over 35 years of experience in gaming device compliance and classification, he has built a firm that provides regulatory testing, on-site inspections and audits, and forensic evaluations for hundreds of regulated jurisdictions.
Farley began his career as a test engineer at the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement, where he worked from 1987 to 1991. This early experience gave him an intimate understanding of the regulatory landscape and the technical demands of gaming device certification. In 2000, he founded Eclipse Compliance Testing (operating initially as Nick Farley & Associates, Inc.) and has led the company ever since.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering and is an active member of several industry organizations, including the North American Gaming Regulators Association, the American Amusement Machine Association, the Oklahoma Indian Gaming Association, and the National Indian Gaming Association. Through these affiliations and his laboratory’s work, Farley remains a respected voice in gaming compliance both in the United States and internationally.
