Niccolò Caramatti

Niccolò Caramatti is an Italian entrepreneur, former professional poker player, and pioneer in the domestic iGaming space. He holds a degree from Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in Milan, where he also earned a Master in Economics. After university, he spent 12 years in investment banking working for major institutions in London and New York.

Caramatti was a pioneering figure in Italian poker, playing professionally before moving into business. He subsequently founded Fantasy Gaming (also known as FANTASYGAMING), an Italian daily fantasy sports and poker operator. More recently he launched Giochiamo.AI, a company that applies artificial intelligence to marketing and player engagement in the gaming sector. He is also a co‑founder of DFS Italia, a daily fantasy sports platform.

Caramatti is an active speaker at industry events such as the Italian Gaming Expo (IGE) and regularly appears in video interviews discussing poker, cash games, and the intersection of AI with gambling. He is currently 49 years old.
