Nauman Mulla hails from Sankeshwar, Karnataka. He began his journey in esports by organizing ₹5 PUBG tournaments from his bedroom, and after experiencing failure with more than ten startups, he founded STAN in 2022. As the COO and co-founder, he has led STAN to become India's largest gaming community platform with over 25 million downloads, attracting investment from global names such as Bandai Namco, Square Enix, and Google's AI Fund.
Prior to STAN, Nauman Mulla held roles at HUYA Inc. and India Today Gaming, where he built valuable experience in live streaming and esports. His personal obsession with gaming drove him to turn a small-scale hobby into a multi-crore enterprise, and he is now a vocal advocate for building community-first gaming platforms. Under his leadership, STAN has achieved a valuation of ₹150 crore and continues to drive innovation in esports fan engagement in India.
