Mingguo Bai

Mingguo Bai is the Chief Executive Officer of CoinW, a global centralized cryptocurrency exchange founded in 2017. He assumed the role in September 2021 and has since overseen the platform’s expansion into over 20 countries, surpassing 20 million users. Under his leadership, CoinW launched innovative products such as DeriW, a Layer‑3 decentralized derivatives platform, and PropW. The exchange has also secured regulatory approvals from Dubai’s Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) and Australia’s AUSTRAC, and established high-profile sports sponsorships with LaLiga and the Professional Fighters League.

Prior to joining CoinW, Bai served as a Director of BAI CAPITAL LTD (appointed in August 2011) and as a Shareholder of AZH OÜ, an Estonian entity registered in 2020 and dissolved in December 2024.
