Mike Costache is a Romanian‑born entrepreneur, investment banker, author, professor, speaker, and angel investor. Since October 2022 he has served as Chairman of Qlarivia, the world's first deuterium-depleted water brand sold in 45 countries, and is an active speaker and host at i‑gaming events such as the AIBC Summit.
He has spent 30 years across multiple industries, including blockchain, conferences, e‑commerce, and luxury brand representation. Previously, from 2011 to 2022, he held leadership roles in blockchain and summit organisations, including CEO of d10e, CEO of Finwise Summit, Managing Partner of KrowdMentor, and Advisory Board Member of TasS. Earlier he founded and led Leo & Leo (luxury brand representation) and Pioneer TeleCare (e‑commerce), and worked as an associate at investment banks in Los Angeles.
Costache holds a degree in Economics from Pepperdine University, a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine School of Law, and completed the Program on Negotiations for Senior Executives at Harvard. He regularly moderates and delivers keynotes at i‑gaming and crypto conferences including AIBC Summit and Crypto Expo Europe.
