Melissa Aarskaug is a recognized leader in technology and cybersecurity with over 18 years of experience, focusing on the casino, gaming, and lottery industries. She helps organizations navigate risk, ensure compliance, and accelerate growth by bridging the gap between technology and human behavior. A keynote speaker and author, she founded Executive Connect, a purpose-driven platform that unites high-level leaders to explore transformation, reinvention, and career growth.
She established her gaming career at Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) and later led at Bulletproof, GLI’s technology and cybersecurity arm, as VP of Business Development/Global Vice President. In that role, she was instrumental in expanding markets, shaping business strategy, and strengthening GLI’s position as a global leader in testing, certification, and cybersecurity services for gaming and lottery.
Most recently, she was appointed Executive Vice President of Client Strategy and Growth at DruvStar. She holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Civil and Environmental Engineering, with minors in Business and Mathematics.
