Maxim Moris is the Co-Founder and CEO of Cicada Market Making (Cicada MM), a Dubai-based Web3 liquidity and market-making firm. He has been active in the crypto space since 2017, focusing on algorithmic market making, exchange listing strategy, and token performance.
